• State of the art knowledge in designing User Interfaces and Customer Journeys which users love
• Real domain expert down to the roots in UI/UX design
• Knowing the difference between real knowledge/understanding and Dunning-Kruger
• Open mind to listen and learn but also to give back knowledge to the organization
• Strong business problem-solving mindset, taking responsibility for (sub-)projects/initiatives - Knowing:
• How to prioritise effectively by applying the Pareto principle of 20/80
• How to break down bigger milestones into risk-safe (means: there might be still risk but it’s known and under control) strategic agile iterations that lead to quality and steady progress
• Communication skills: Ability to adapt the communication method/style to the audience so that everyone is able to understand the main point.
• Awareness about the difference between knowledge/skills and real experience

Budget

The budget range for this role is €80k/Year – €140k/Year, depending on the candidate’s level of experience and fit with the position requirements.
