Allegro Ltd. is seeking a Fulfillment Continuous Improvement Expert to lead optimization of operations across our Fulfillment Centers, designing process solutions and driving a culture of continuous improvement.

You will partner with Operations, IT and Engineering to map value streams, measure impact on KPIs, and steer ROI‑focused automation initiatives in a fast‑moving e‑commerce environment. The role requires strong Lean and Six Sigma expertise and fluency in Polish and English.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years in Continuous Improvement, process engineering, or similar in logistics or e‑commerce.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is highly desirable.
• Proven Solutions Design experience in warehouse processes and automation.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Management methodologies (5S, Kaizen, VSM, Kanban, PDCA, Ishikawa).
• Advanced Excel, SQL and Power BI skills.
• Polish and English fluency for project communications.

Responsibilities

• Identify and lead CI optimization projects in fulfillment operations.
• Design end‑to‑end logistics solutions spanning layouts to IT integration.
• Map and analyze end‑to‑end processes to reduce waste and costs.
• Monitor and report project performance using KPIs (Cost per Unit, OEE, Lead Time).
• Evaluate ROI and manage CAPEX/OPEX budgets for automation.
• Lead Lean/Six Sigma initiatives and mentor operations teams.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with IT, Engineering, Quality.
