Job summary

Allegro Ltd. in Piotrków Trybunalski is seeking a Sorting Center Process Excellence Expert to monitor and optimize automated sorting systems and BEUMER loop sorters. You will collaborate with IT, Tech, and Maintenance to analyze KPIs and drive improvements across operations.

You will develop reports, train staff on new solutions, and lead Lean-driven changes for sustained efficiency and growth. This on-site role offers training opportunities and English language development.

Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse automation; sorting systems or logistics processes preferred.
• Ability to read technical drawings, installation schematics, and project documentation.
• Proficient in CAD tools to work with technical documentation.
• Experience analyzing operational data and KPIs to identify root causes of deviations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze the efficiency of processes implemented using automated sorting systems.
• Handle optimization of BEUMER loop sorters and supporting applications and systems.
• Identify irregularities, analyze root causes, and initiate corrective actions daily.
