Job summary

ActAI in Poland is seeking a Web Frontend Engineer to build core web experiences, including Chat, Notes, Calendar, Docs and Sheets. You will own complex, highly interactive product surfaces from architecture through implementation, working closely with product, design, backend and AI engineers to make AI a native part of how users communicate, write, organise and work.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building complex production web apps with modern frontend tech.
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture, state management, browser APIs, and performance.
• Ability to own features from design through production and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Build major web experiences across Chat, Notes, Calendar, Docs and Sheets.
• Develop interactive features including real-time messaging, collaborative editing, and rich-text editing.
• Ensure frontend performance, accessibility and reliability across browsers and devices.
• Collaborate with product/design to move from prototype to production quickly.
• Integrate streaming AI responses and model-driven experiences into workflows.
