Job summary

Relativity Poland sp. z o.o. is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to lead the AI chat and agent UI on a scalable, cloud-native platform. You will own the frontend delivery for chat experiences, with a focus on reusable components and modular architecture.

You will collaborate with UX, Product, and Backend teams to drive accessibility, performance, and maintainability, while mentoring peers and advancing our frontend standards.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of frontend development experience building large-scale web apps or enterprise platforms.
• Advanced proficiency with JavaScript, TypeScript and the React ecosystem (hooks, concurrent rendering).
• Experience designing reusable UI infrastructure, shared libraries, and scalable frontend abstractions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, performant chat and agent UIs using React, TypeScript, PrimeReact, and Relativity design systems.
• Build AI-powered chat experiences with streaming responses and state management.
• Contribute to modular micro-frontend platform and shared AI context services.
• Apply frontend modularization, code splitting, and Nx monorepo practices.
• Deliver accessible, responsive cross‑platform user experiences (WCAG).
• Collaborate with UX, Product, and Backend teams to ship rapid improvements.
• Define and promote frontend standards for testing, performance, and maintainability.
• Own frontend test coverage with Vitest, Playwright, and Storybook-driven components.
• Participate in CI/CD, progressive CDN deployments, and versioning strategies.
