Job summary

Luxoft Poland is seeking a seasoned Frontend Engineer to contribute to an AI-enabled solution within a signal-driven commercial intelligence platform.

You will collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and engineers to design, implement, and review features; you will apply AI as a core tool and advocate for best practices across the team.

The role emphasizes strong communication across distributed teams and an interest in advanced frontend technologies such as React and Next.js.

Qualifications

• 5+ years software engineering experience.
• Practical experience with React and Next.js.
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices (e.g. Agile software development, testing, code reviews).
• Basic backend skills (services, database).
• Fluency in AI technologies and experience utilizing AI agents to design, code, and test applications.
• Outstanding communication skills, ability to collaborate with distributed teams.

Development of AI-enabled solutions that support a signal-driven commercial intelligence platform connecting market insights, content creation, sales engagement, and client feedback.

Responsibilities

As a Frontend Engineer you will contribute to application design by utilizing industry best practices. You will implement new features in a highly collaborative work environment alongside product managers, UX designers, and fellow engineers. You will share technical solutions and product ideas through design review, pair programming, code review and technical discussions. You will provide insightful code reviews, receive code reviews constructively and take ownership of outcomes ("you ship it, you own it"). You will apply AI as a primary tool to design, build, test, and support solutions.

Mandatory Skills Description

• 5+ years software engineering experience with expertise in frontend technologies.
• Practical experience with React and preferably Next.js.
• Practical knowledge of software engineering best practices (e.g. Agile software development, test-driven development, unit testing, code reviews, design documentation).
• At least basic backend skills (services, database).
• Fluency in AI technologies and experience utilizing AI agents to design, code, and test applications.
• Outstanding communication skills, ability to establish and maintain a close working relationship with distributed team members and business partners.
