Job summary

SimCorp is seeking a Value Team Manager to lead a Front Office-focused team within our Value Stream. • Experience delivering within Agile, DevOps, Product, Project, or Value Stream environments.

• Experience balancing people leadership, delivery oversight, and operational priorities.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement and scalable ways of working.

Responsibilities

• People Leadership & Team Development: lead, coach, mentor, and develop Front Office solution consultants and engineers; foster high-performance culture.
• Delivery & Value Stream Leadership: drive solution development and client onboarding with Value Stream and DevOps; improve processes and monitor priorities.
• Functional & Business Expertise: guide investment management business processes and align goals with delivery outcomes; collaborate with Product/Engineering.
• Stakeholder Management: build partnerships across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Management; communicate progress and priorities.
