SimCorp is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead 1-2 software teams within the Investment Operations Corporate Actions Product Area. You will drive staffing, coaching, and delivery of complex, cloud-native, enterprise-grade solutions with AI-assisted tooling and strong focus on quality and performance.
You will collaborate with Product Management to translate customer outcomes into actionable plans, and work with other engineering leaders on cross-team improvements while aligning with SimCorp

The Corporate Actions Product Area develops the technology that powers the processing of corporate action events for some of the world's leading investment managers - driving automation, reducing operational risk, and ensuring accurate investment operations at scale. We are building a unified cloud-native application that combines the right capabilities for the operations persona, with tight integration into the broader SimCorp One ecosystem via SimCorp One Action Centre (for smart AI-powered notifications).
