Qualifications

• Professional experience in similar positions.
• Very good knowledge of French (B2).
• Good knowledge of English.
• Well-developed MS Office skills.
• Quick to learn and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work according to clearly defined rules and to manage priorities while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Service contract administration.
• Manage customer data, update data in the system based on information delivered by technicians or customers.
• Customer e-mails related to contract maintenance and renewal.
• Process quotes in SAP based on customer agreements.
• Create agreed contract features relevant for services.
• Invoice contracts and ensure timely and accurate billing.
• Cooperate with business partners in countries supported by the team.
• Ensure complete and timely electronic archiving of documents.
• Prepare statistics and reports related to service administration.
