Job summary

Infosys Poland in Łódź is seeking a Quotations & Orders Associate to support sales processes with multilingual client communication. You will prepare quotes, validate pricing, and coordinate with Sales, Order Management and third parties in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, problem solving and KPI-driven performance, with hybrid work and growth opportunities through internal trainings.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in Sales & Fulfillment (quotations, orders, renewals).
• Proficient with SAP, SFDC/Salesforce and related tools.
• Fluent in French and English for client communication.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of quotation and order processing documentation.
• Problem solving, attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with SLAs, KPIs, TATs and productivity targets.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze customer requests for quotations with Sales.
• Prepare quotations in line with customer requirements and guidelines.
• Renew existing client and end-customer cooperation.
• Validate pricing, margins, discounts and commercial terms before quote submission.
• Collaborate with Sales, Order Management and 3rd party teams.
• Follow up on pending requests and obtain missing documentation.
• Identify process improvements and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
