Job summary

eStoreLabs is looking for a proactive project coordinator to join our hybrid team in Warsaw. You will coordinate content projects, manage assets, and liaise with French-speaking clients to ensure timely delivery and quality.

The role requires 3+ years of coordination experience, strong English and French (C1+), and a client-first mindset. You will help optimize processes and support freelancers while maintaining open communication with the client.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of coordination and project execution experience
• Experience in working with content creation and localisation
• Experience working with French-speaking clients for at least 3 years
• Pro-client attitude, high personal culture and communication skills
• Ability to navigate complex projects with extensive reporting
• Advanced level of English and French (C1+)
• Independent and proactive approach
• Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
• Accuracy and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day execution of assigned parts or smaller content projects (creation, localisation)
• Handle administrative aspects of the project, manage assets and files
• Fill out time management tools accurately and on time
• Create and propose process improvements
• Communicate processes to team members and clients
• Delegate tasks effectively to freelancers
• Maintain professional contact with the client and provide status updates
