AkzoNobel is seeking a detail-oriented I2C Rebate Analyst to manage rebate accruals, payments, and reconciliations for the French market. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Customer Support to ensure financial accuracy.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years of relevant finance experience, strong Excel skills, SAP knowledge, and fluent English. Hybrid work model offered in Poland.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 1–2 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in I2C.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Customer-focused mindset with drive for results and process improvements.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
• Fluent in English; additional language is a plus.
• ERP/financial systems proficiency; SAP (SD/BI) knowledge preferred.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven culture.

Responsabilidades

• Set up rebate agreements in SAP/D365 to drive accruals and ensure timely reconciliation.
• Review system-generated accruals against Sales Contracts; propose adjustments.
• Finalize monthly rebate accruals (SAP and non-SAP) and post journal entries.
• Reconcile rebates owed and paid for periodic and year-end settlements.
• Provide timely rebate performance information to Sales and customers.
• Support customer audit requests by reconciling rebates as needed.
• Respond to and resolve rebate queries from Sales and customers.
• Ensure correct allocation of rebate credit notes per policy.
