Job summary

GFT Technologies SE in Poland is hiring a Power BI specialist to join a delivery team supporting a banking client in the Middle East. You will design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data-driven insights.

The role requires 3+ years of Power BI experience, strong SQL and DAX skills, and knowledge of data warehousing concepts. Hybrid work with multiple Polish locations offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power BI.
• Hands-on with Power BI Desktop, Power Query, DAX, and data modelling.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and validation.
• Experience designing enterprise reporting solutions.
• Familiar with Power BI Service, workspace management, and RLS.
• Understanding of data warehousing and dimensional modelling.
• Fluent English, at least B2.
• Ability to gather and translate business requirements into reports.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Create datasets, semantic models, and data structures for enterprise reporting.
• Gather reporting requirements with stakeholders and analysts.
• Use SQL, DAX for data validation and insights.
• Prepare documentation and ensure maintainability.
• Improve analytics solutions and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality reporting capabilities.
