Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking a Business Intelligence Architect with French to design and implement advanced data solutions. You will leverage SQL/NoSQL databases, Azure ETL (ADF), and Power BI to deliver enterprise-grade dashboards and AI-driven workflows.

You will collaborate with global teams across projects on the Microsoft Stack and Azure Cloud, mentoring data engineers and guiding end-to-end data delivery.

Qualifications

• C1-level French and very good English, 5+ years in a similar role delivering enterprise data solutions.
• Expert skills in Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, and Microsoft Azure (including ADF ETL pipelines, Synapse/Analysis Services).
• Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB) and cross-technology integration; strong understanding of AI concepts and data quality methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex business needs into technical requirements for diverse stakeholders, including C-level.
• Strong analytical mindset and proactive, reliable approach.

Responsibilities

• Design and enhance the data platform, including SQL/NoSQL databases and Azure-based ETL processes (ADF), ensuring performance, scalability, and data quality.
• Integrate diverse data sources and products to maintain a seamless, reliable, and well-governed data ecosystem.
• Develop Power BI reports and automate business processes using Power Platform and AI-driven solutions.
• Analyze complex business requirements (including C-level) and translate them into clear technical specifications.
• Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, overseeing end-to-end delivery of data solutions.
