Job summary

Flora Food Group in Katowice is seeking an Accounts Receivable Senior Analyst with French to join our Credit Control Team. You will own a corporate AR portfolio, act as the main contact for customer payment queries, and drive timely collections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce/finance/accounting.
• 3–5 years of experience in Collections/Accounts Receivable.
• Strong knowledge of AR processes.
• Experience in ERP systems (SAP preferred).

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact for customers on payment-related queries.
• Manage a portfolio of customers and ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices; resolve blockers with Sales, Customer Service and Finance.
• Reconcile AR balances and resolve discrepancies between our and Customers’ accounts.
• Provide insights on delinquent accounts and recommend corrective actions.
• Escalate critical issues and ensure closure within timelines.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure smooth collections.
• Identify opportunities to improve collection efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and audit requirements.
