Job summary

Flying Bisons in Warsaw is seeking a talented graphic designer to join our curated freelance network. You will design graphics for social media, create visuals for internal initiatives, and collaborate with the marketing team and interdisciplinary colleagues.

We expect 2–3+ years of proven experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency with Figma, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and knowledge of AI-enabled design.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of proven experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency with Figma, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.
• Experience in brand identity design.
• Excellent sense of aesthetics and awareness of prevailing trends.
• Extreme attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude; you solve problems and figure things out.
• Strong ability to prioritize work and resources across various projects.
• Knowledge and experience in working with AI.

Responsibilities

• Designing graphics for social media, providing creative concepts, conducting photoshoots, and art direction that align with our brand standards and messaging goals
• Developing graphics for internal initiatives (events, meetups etc)
