Job summary

A design-focused firm is seeking a Remote Designer to contribute to a range of projects for tech startups and venture firms. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in brand and web design, Figma mastery, and a basic understanding of the venture capital ecosystem. Salary: 12 000 – 18 000 PLN net (B2B)

Who we're looking for

While everyone has their own sweet spot of skills and preferred domains, we believe in designers who don't like to be categorized solely as a "website designer" or a "ux designer". We believe creative talents should have a way to manifest themselves in various forms.

Check at least two of the following:

• Strong affinity for brand design and web design
• Can prototype your own concepts (Webflow/v0/Lovable/Bolt or write actual React code)
• In love with perfecting UI details and microinteractions.
• Natural born animator living in AE, Jitter, Cinema etc.
• Copywriting ownership - words matter to you just as much as the visual language

Beyond technical skills, we're looking for someone who is curious, collaborative, and genuinely nice to work with. If this sounds like you, we'd love to meet!
