Job summary

PwC Polska is seeking a Dynamics Consultant for Germany (freelance). You will build solutions based on Dynamics 365 CE, Microsoft Power Platform, and Copilot; gather requirements; and lead workshops with clients in Germany and Switzerland. Strong German language skills and a passion for consulting are essential.

Experience with Power Platform or Dynamics 365 CE, plus programming ability, will help you succeed in this role. Prior consulting or workshop-facilitation experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Interest in consulting and business analysis.
• Experience in business process modelling and requirements gathering, or knowledge of Power Platform, Copilot Studio, or Dynamics 365 CE.
• Programming skills in any language.

Responsibilities

• Build solutions based on Dynamics 365 CE, Microsoft Power Platform, and Microsoft Copilot.
• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
• Lead client workshops, system demonstrations, and training sessions.
• Collaborate with clients across projects in Germany and Switzerland.
• Support business development activities by providing technology and functional expertise.
