Job summary

PwC Polska is seeking a Dynamics Consultant for Germany (freelance) to join our advisory team in Poznań. You will design and implement solutions based on Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and Copilot.

You will gather requirements, lead workshops, and demonstrate solutions to German and Swiss clients, while supporting business development with deep technology and functional expertise. Fluency in German and strong stakeholder management are essential; prior experience with Dynamics 365 CE or Power

Qualifications

Fluency in German (spoken and written).
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Interest in consulting and business analysis.
Experience in business process modelling and requirements gathering.
Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot, or Dynamics 365 CE.
Programming skills in any language.

Responsibilities

Build solutions based on Dynamics 365 CE, Microsoft Power Platform, and Microsoft Copilot.
Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
Lead client workshops, system demonstrations, and training sessions.
Collaborate with clients across projects in Germany and Switzerland.
