Qualifications

Strong proficiency in software engineering across algorithms, data structures, architecture, or cloud infrastructure.
Fluent Dutch language skills with ability to communicate about complex technical subjects.
Strong understanding of software engineering concepts and ability to evaluate technical solutions and code.
Experience with asynchronous programming, REST APIs, memory management, or distributed systems.

Responsibilities

Engage with advanced AI models on software engineering tasks and coding challenges in Dutch.
Evaluate model responses for logical accuracy, technical correctness, and coding quality.
Assess AI performance across algorithms, data structures, architecture, frontend/backend, cloud, and systems programming.
Explain technical reasoning clearly and document findings in a structured, reproducible manner.
Provide structured feedback to improve model reasoning, coding performance, and evaluation methodologies.
