Job summary

Kraken is building the future of open finance with a focus on secure, compliant fraud systems. The role owns the product strategy, roadmap and delivery for fraud projects across jurisdictions, partnering with Engineering, Legal, Finance, Risk and external vendors.

You will drive end-to-end features from discovery through launch, shaping API integrations, workflows and case management to protect users while minimizing friction for legitimate activity.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Product Management experience in fraud, crypto, trading platforms, or financial infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of fraud processes and infrastructure.
• Experience working with institutional trading products or financial market infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for fraud solutions across jurisdictions.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of fraud features from discovery through launch.
• Define technical specifications, APIs, workflows, and processes for fraud/ATO systems.
• Collaborate with Legal, Fraud Strategy, and Ops to meet regulatory requirements.
• Partner with external vendors to define integration scope and requirements.
• Build systems to support investigations, risk detection, and user protection.
• Improve monitoring coverage, alerting quality, and operational efficiency.
