Job summary

Aon Corporation is offering an internship role in Kraków, Poland, designed for students ready to learn within a Finance FP&A context. You will participate in month-end activities, produce management information, assist budgeting and forecasting cycles, and help create technical solutions to enhance work quality and efficiency.

You will gain exposure to multiple Finance Centre functions, with training provided to develop skills step-by-step and no prior professional experience required.

Qualifications

• Must be a student or in the process of studying for a master's degree.
• Available to work 30 hours per week for 12 months.
• Good English—minimum CEFR B2 level.

Responsibilities

• Close support in month-end activities.
• Production and distribution of management information.
• Assisting during budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Creation of technical solutions to improve quality and efficiency.
• Exposure to multiple functions within Finance Center.
• Support with data entry as requested by Team manager or seniors.
• Participate in educational opportunities offered by Aon.
• Other ad hoc tasks as determined by FP&A colleagues.
