Job summary

IAG GBS, headquartered in Kraków, Poland, is seeking a Finance Analyst focusing on FP&A, P&L analysis, and MI reporting. You will work with Finance Business Partners across operating companies to deliver monthly results, scenario analyses, and robust financial insight.

The role requires strong Excel and Power BI skills, fluent English, and experience in variance analysis within a global, fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, on-site position at our Kraków offices.

Qualifications

• Good level of knowledge of Financial Accounting and reporting professional accounting standards.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast moving, global environment with tight deadlines and finite resources.
• Strong customer focus; commitment to exceed customer expectations and continuous improvement.
• Experience in Variance analysis (2+ years desired).
• Proficient command of Excel; Power Query desirable.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and provide performance management information for project portfolios, including spend analysis and insights for FBPs on costs, variances and opportunities.
• Conduct financial modelling and scenario analysis to inform strategic decisions and business cases.
• Analyse monthly P&L and MI reports to support planning, forecasting and identify risks and opportunities.
• Analyse variances and advise on impact, offering recommendations to FBPs.
• Support decisions on third-party contracts with financial modelling of scenarios to optimise terms.
• Challenge analytics processes and propose improvements to enhance output quality.
• Provide information to respond to external audit requirements.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis using Anaplan, Power BI, Excel or other tools.
