Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Łódź is seeking a qualified candidate to lead the FP&A and SG&A teams. The role requires strong financial acumen with proven experience in budgeting and forecasting. Ideal candidates will have a university degree in Finance and/or Accounting and excellent communication skills in English.   • Proven experience in FP&A and SG&A functions, ideally within a multinational environment.
  • Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Managerial experience with demonstrated people leadership.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP and Power BI preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Experience in plant controlling and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus
