Job summary

McGregor Boyall is recruiting for a Founding Product Marketing Manager for a fast-growing European AI platform based in Warsaw. You will own positioning, messaging and the end-to-end launch strategy, bridging high-level strategy with hands-on execution across multiple ICPs including media buyers, RevOps and agencies.

You will craft campaigns, enable sales and self-serve motions, and drive adoption through crisp copy, landing pages, and battlecards.

Qualifications

• Proven PMM experience in fast-paced B2B SaaS or AI ecosystems.
• Experience owning positioning frameworks and multi-asset launches.
• Ability to link positioning decisions to pipeline, activation, and conversion metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own positioning and messaging across 3+ ICPs with quarterly updates.
• Orchestrate end-to-end product launches across multiple channels and assets.
• Build enterprise battlecards, demo narratives, and competitive positioning for sales.
• Drive product adoption by optimizing activation and onboarding copy in self-serve funnels.
• Prototype landing pages in Figma and guide production-ready launch surfaces.
