Job summary

Agentic AI in Warsaw seeks a founding engineer to build and scale production-grade agentic AI systems. You will design infrastructure for reliable AI-agent execution, develop observability and benchmarking, and drive performance improvements across large-scale LLM workflows.

You will help shape engineering standards as an early team member, with significant autonomy and a 1–2% equity stake. Fluent Polish and English, strong TS and cloud skills, and startup mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience shipping AI agents to production.
• Experience building B2C products used by real customers.
• Strong observability, reliability, and cost management for AI systems.
• Founder/early-engineer experience at startup is a plus.
• Strong design and software engineering fundamentals.
• Proficient with TypeScript, cloud infra, and AI tooling.
• Fluent Polish and English; ready to relocate to Warsaw.

• Location: Warsaw, Poland


• Work model: On-site


• Employment: Full-time


• Compensation: $100,000–$120,000/year + 1–2% equity


• Level: Mid-Senior / Senior

What You'll Work On

• Build and scale production-grade agentic AI systems


• Design infrastructure for reliable AI-agent execution at scale


• Develop agent observability, evaluation, and benchmarking systems

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience shipping AI agents to production, not just prototypes


• Experience building B2C products used by real customers


• Strong understanding of agent observability, evaluation, reliability, and cost management


• Previous experience as a founder, founding engineer, or early engineer at a fast-moving startup


• Strong system-design and software-engineering fundamentals


• Comfortable working with modern TypeScript, cloud infrastructure, and AI tooling


• Fluent Polish and English


• Based in Warsaw or genuinely willing to relocate
