Job summary

Agentic AI in Warsaw is seeking a Founding Engineer to build and scale production-grade agentic AI systems, shaping core architecture and product direction from early days.

You will own system design, observability, cost management, and integration with third-party tools, with 1–2% equity and substantial autonomy in a fast-moving startup. Fluency in Polish and English required, relocation possible.

Qualifications

• Proven track record shipping AI agents to production.
• Experience building B2C AI-enabled products.
• Strong understanding of observability, evaluation and cost management for AI systems.
• Experience as founder or early engineer at a startup.
• Solid system-design and software engineering fundamentals.
• Comfortable with TypeScript, cloud infra and AI tooling.
• Fluent Polish and English.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Warsaw.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale production-grade agentic AI systems.
• Design infrastructure for reliable AI-agent execution at scale.
• Develop agent observability, evaluation, and benchmarking.
• Improve reliability, latency, and cost efficiency across large-scale LLM workflows.
• Build state-of-the-art agentic product experiences.
• Create and maintain integrations with third-party platforms and tools.
• Make architectural and product decisions with significant autonomy.
