Job summary

Agentic AI in Warsaw is seeking a Founding Engineer to build and scale production-grade AI agents and the infrastructure that powers them. You will own architecture decisions, shape product direction, and drive observability across large-scale LLM workflows.

The role is on-site in Warsaw, with equity and significant autonomy for a founder‑level technical leader.

Qualifications

• Proven experience shipping AI agents to production.
• Experience building B2C products used by real customers.
• Strong understanding of agent observability, evaluation, reliability, and cost management.
• Previous experience as a founder, founding engineer, or early engineer at a fast-moving startup.
• Strong system-design and software-engineering fundamentals.
• Comfortable working with modern TypeScript, cloud infrastructure, and AI tooling.
• Fluent Polish and English.
• Based in Warsaw or willing to relocate.
• Comfortable with a highly ambitious, fast-paced, ownership-driven startup environment.

• Compensation: $100,000–$120,000/year + 1–2% equity


• Level: Mid-Senior / Senior

What You'll Work On

• Build and scale production-grade agentic AI systems


• Design infrastructure for reliable AI-agent execution at scale


• Develop agent observability, evaluation, and benchmarking systems

• Build state-of-the-art agentic product experiences
