Job summary

C&D Talent Advisory - Academy in Warsaw is seeking a Founding Engineer to build and scale production-grade agentic AI systems. This on-site role offers $100,000–$120,000 per year plus 1–2% equity and significant autonomy in architecture decisions.

You will design scalable AI infrastructure, improve observability and performance, and own core product experiences as an early team member.

Qualifications

• Proven experience shipping AI agents to production.
• Experience building B2C products used by real customers.
• Strong system-design and software-engineering fundamentals.
• Comfortable with modern TypeScript, cloud infrastructure, and AI tooling.
• Fluent Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale production-grade agentic AI systems
• Design infrastructure for reliable AI-agent execution at scale
• Develop agent observability, evaluation, and benchmarking systems
• Improve reliability, latency, and cost efficiency across large-scale LLM workflows
• Build state-of-the-art agentic product experiences
• Create and maintain integrations with third-party platforms and tools
• Make architectural and product decisions with significant autonomy
• Shape engineering standards and technical direction as an early team member
