Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is seeking an experienced software engineer to partner with business teams and craft GenAI solutions from concept to production. You will build and maintain end-to-end systems, moving between projects as priorities shift and ensuring robust integration with enterprise tools.

The role emphasizes hands-on work with Python, React, TypeScript, LLM APIs, and containerized deployments in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with strong full-stack skills.
• Strong in at least one backend language (Python preferred) and a modern frontend framework (React and TypeScript preferred).
• APIs, relational databases, and data handling.
• Hands-on with LLM APIs (e.g., Anthropic Claude, OpenAI): prompting, tool use, agents, RAG, evaluation.
• Build and connect MCP servers and clients so AI tools can reach internal systems and data.
• Integrating with enterprise tools such as GitHub, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint and Teams, using their APIs, webhooks and OAuth.
• GitHub workflows: branches, pull requests, code reviews, Actions and repo permissions.
• Experience with AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code) in a disciplined, reviewed workflow.
• Cloud and containers: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD.
• Security awareness: authentication, secrets management, least-privilege access, vulnerability handling, secure coding.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, owning outcomes, and learning new domains fast.

Responsibilities
