GFT Poland is seeking a Flutter Tech Lead Consultant to implement high-quality solutions for major investment banks. You will work in Scrum, develop cutting-edge features, perform module testing, and document work while collaborating with a team.

The role requires 2+ years in Flutter and 8+ years in mobile development, with strong Dart knowledge, clean architecture, and state management expertise. Hybrid work model and B2B engagement are offered.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of commercial experience in Flutter programming.
At least 8 years of commercial experience in mobile development.
Strong knowledge of Dart, patterns and good practices related to developing apps for mobile platforms.
Experience with clean architecture.
Knowledge about state management solutions (BLoC, Provider, Riverpod).
Knowledge about dependency injection tools.
Experience in working with persistence/database (SQLite, Drift).
Ability to write readable unit tests; Knowledge of version control systems.
Good English in speech and writing (communication with English-speaking clients).
