Job summary

GFT Technologies SE in Poland is seeking a Flutter Developer-Team Leader to deliver high‑quality mobile solutions for major investment banks. You will implement features in Flutter, lead a talented team, participate in Scrum ceremonies, and ensure code quality through testing and documentation.

The role requires strong Flutter and Dart skills, extensive mobile development experience, knowledge of clean architecture and state management, and excellent English for client communications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of commercial Flutter experience.
• Minimum 8 years of commercial mobile development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Dart and best practices for mobile apps.
• Experience with clean architecture and state management.
• Knowledge of dependency injection tools.
• Experience with persistence/database (SQLite/Drift).
• Ability to write readable unit tests.
• Proficiency with version control systems (Git).
• Good English for communication with English-speaking clients.

Salary range: 16600-25400PLN gross

As a Flutter Developer- Team Leader you will be responsible for implementing high-quality solutions for the largest investment banks in the world.

On a daily basis you will work in Scrum, create cutting edge functionalities, carry out module testing, create documentation of the work done and lead a team.

Your skills:

• At least 2 years of commercial experience in Flutter programming,
• At least 8 years of commercial experience in mobile development,
• Strong knowledge of Dart, patterns and good practices related to developing apps for mobile platforms
• Experience with clean architecture
• Knowledge about state management solutions (BLoC, Provider, Riverpod)
• Knowledge about dependency injection tools
• Experience in working with persistence/data base (SQLite, Drift)
• Ability to write readable unit tests
• Knowledge of version control systems
• Good English in speech and writing (communication with English-speaking clients)

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of JIRA or other
• Experience in CI/CD (Github Actions, Fastlane, Codemagic) and static code quality analysis
• Experience in reactive programming (RxDart)
• Experience in writing channel methods
• Experience in releasing applications to Google Play Store and App Store
