Job summary

GFT Technologies SE in Poland seeks a Senior Flutter Consultant to design and deliver mobile solutions for global financial clients. The role is hybrid with two days on-site weekly at Łódź, Warsaw, Kraków, Poznań or Wrocław; remote candidates are also welcome.

You will work in Scrum, implement cutting-edge features, run module tests, document work, and report to the Team Leader. Required: strong Flutter/Dart, clean architecture, state management, testing, and English communication.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of commercial experience in Flutter programming.
• At least 5 years of commercial experience in mobile development.
• Strong knowledge of Dart, patterns and good practices related to developing apps for mobile platforms.

Working place: Hybrid

Type of contract: B2B

Salary range: 122-160PLN

Hybrid work mode from one of our locations — 2 days per week on‑site (Łódź, Warsaw, Kraków, Poznań, or Wrocław).
However, we’re also open to candidates based outside these locations who prefer to work remotely.

What will you do?

As a Senior Flutter Consultant you will be responsible for implementing high-quality solutions for the largest investment banks in the world. On a daily basis you will work in Scrum, create cutting edge functionalities, carry out module testing, create documentation of the work done and report directly to Team Leader.

• At least 4 years of commercial experience in Flutter programming,
• At least 5 years of commercial experience in mobile development,
• Strong knowledge of Dart, patterns and good practices related to developing apps for mobile platforms
• Experience with clean architecture
• Knowledge about state management solutions (BLoC, Provider, Riverpod)
• Knowledge about dependency injection tools
• Experience in working with persistence/data base (SQLite, Drift)
• Ability to write readableunittests
• Knowledge of version control systems
• Good English in speech and writing (communication with English-speaking clients)

Nice to have:

• Experience in CI/CD (Github Actions, Fastlane, Codemagic) and static code quality analysis
• Experience in reactive programming (RxDart)
• Experience in writing channel methods
• Experience in releasing applications to Google Play Store and App Store
• Experience in UI tests
• Experience in material design/cupertino customizations and animations
