Job summary

StorkJet, based in Katowice, Poland, is seeking a Flight Engineer in Customer Experience to manage airline clients globally and drive value from our AI-driven aviation solutions. You will lead project meetings, analyze fuel efficiency outcomes, and translate client needs into feature requirements for our product team.

Ideal candidates have aviation experience, strong communication skills, and are comfortable traveling for client visits.

Qualifications

• Aviation background in operations, dispatch, fuel management, or related fields.
• Strong client-facing and project management skills.
• Fluent English (C1) with aviation terminology.
• Willingness to travel internationally a few times per year.
• Analytical mindset with data interpretation abilities.
• Ability to translate client needs into product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build long-term relationships with airline clients worldwide and be their go-to person for our solutions.
• Run project meetings and training sessions with clients, discussing fuel efficiency results and goals.
• Handle client requests and issues reported by airline fuel teams, from first contact to resolution.
• Analyze airline operational data and turn it into practical recommendations.
• Support airlines in monitoring their fuel efficiency initiatives and policies.
• Bring the client’s voice to the product team and define the scope of new features with Product Owners and developers.
• Support clients in implementing new features and maintain product documentation.
