Displate, a fast-growing art platform, invites a Reporting Specialist to join our Warsaw Finance team. You will own month-end close, IFRS reporting for Polish and US entities, and support audits while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to improve reporting accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in financial reporting, controlling or accounting with IFRS experience.
• Experience coordinating others in a close or reporting team.
• Ability to prepare management reports and analyses for non-specialists.
• Advanced Excel proficiency; Power BI a plus.
• Strong English, written and spoken, with US colleagues and auditors.

Responsibilities

• Own the month-end close: set timetable, coordinate contributors, reconcile and review.
• Prepare IFRS financial statements for the group including consolidation of Polish and US entities; intercompany flows.
• Deliver monthly reporting to Management Board, Supervisory Board and bank; covenant reporting.
• Run the annual audit: prepare audit file, answer queries, close recommendations.
• Report on manufacturing footprint: inventory, production costs and COGS (Poland and US factories).
• Work with ERP (Comarch) and back-office data to keep reporting accurate and automate where possible.
