Jobgether, on behalf of a partner in Poland, seeks a Head of Vendor Management / Associate Director to shape a centralized vendor strategy in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector. You will lead the sourcing, qualification, contract negotiations, governance, and ongoing performance management of external service providers.

This senior role requires strong commercial acumen, stakeholder influence, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across functional teams.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Vendor Management, Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Outsourcing, or Partnership Management within life sciences or regulated industries.
• Strong understanding of vendor governance, risk management, and compliance.
• Experience negotiating complex contracts and leading process improvements in a fast-growing international organization.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Vendor Management and Commercial Outsourcing function with centralized strategy.
• Oversee vendor lifecycle from sourcing to offboarding and governance.
• Drive cost optimization and supplier performance across international programs.
• Collaborate with Legal, QA, Finance, and Operations to ensure compliance and value creation.
• Mentor and develop team capabilities in vendor management practices.
