Job summary

Roche is seeking a Global Technology Vendor Management Expert - Software & Cloud to maximize value from strategic technology vendors and protect Roche from commercial and contractual leakage.

You will act as a trusted advisor across Technology, Procurement, Legal, Finance, SAM, Security and Architecture, shaping decisions and ensuring vendor commitments translate into measurable business outcomes. Fluency in English is required; Polish/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing complex, strategic global Technology/IT vendors.
• Advanced-to-Expert contract management and negotiation capabilities.
• Strong understanding of pricing/licensing, SLAs/KPIs, and transition/exit.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with TCO and business cases.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic vendor governance for software, SaaS and cloud relationships.
• Provide vendor management input across the contract lifecycle including renewals.
• Review pricing, scope, deliverables, SLAs, liability, and change control.
• Lead complex negotiations and remediation with vendor executives.
• Identify cost exposure and optimization opportunities and drive governance.
