SoftwareOne is recruiting a Junior Technical Consultant to support delivery teams in implementing and operating Software Lifecycle Management (SLM) solutions. You will work with Snow Software, ITAM and licensing processes, and gain hands-on experience on data analysis while contributing to customer projects and improvements.

You will join a global leader offering remote work in Poland, with mentorship, learning opportunities, and exposure to cutting-edge SAM/ITAM practices.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of SAM/ITAM/ITSM concepts.
• Basic knowledge of ITIL standard.
• Interest in software licensing, technology management, and IT processes.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with Excel and data.
• Basic knowledge of databases, scripting, or system integrations is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a team.
• Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving approach.

Responsabilités

• Assist with software inventory, compliance, and asset management activities.
• Help analyze customer data and prepare reports and recommendations.
• Participate in troubleshooting, testing, and basic system integrations.
• Monitor data quality and support ongoing solution maintenance.
• Collaborate with senior consultants and project teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.
• Learn and develop expertise in SAM, ITAM, and software licensing best practices.

Practical Information

As our new Flexera / Snow Software Junior Technical Consultant, you will support delivery Teams in the implementation and operation of Software Lifecycle Management (SLM) solutions. Working alongside experienced consultants, you will gain hands‑on experience with Snow Software, software asset management processes, integrations, and data analysis while contributing to customer projects and solution improvements.

Job Requirements

• Basic understanding of Software Asset Management (SAM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), or IT Service Management (ITSM) concepts
• Basic knowledge about ITIL standard.
• Interest in software licensing, technology management, and IT processes
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with Excel and data
• Basic knowledge of databases, scripting, or system integrations is an advantage
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a team environment
• Customer-oriented mindset and problem‑solving approach

Nice to have

• Experience with ITAM solutions like: Flexera, Snow, ServiceNow, others.
• Knowledge of SQL, PowerShell, or other scripting technologies
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS
• Relevant SAM, ITAM, or ITSM certifications
• ITIL certification
