SoftwareOne is seeking a Flexera / Snow Software - Technical Consultant to design, implement, and optimize Software Lifecycle Management solutions across customer environments. You will deliver integrations, automation, migrations, and enhancements with Snow Software, Flexera, ServiceNow, and related tools, while coordinating with customers, consultants, and engagement managers.

- Experience with SAM/ITAM/ITSM environments.
- Hands-on with Snow Software, Flexera, ServiceNow.
- Experience supporting system integrations, implementations or technical consulting.
- Understanding of software licensing and lifecycle management concepts.
- Strong analytical skills with Excel and data tools.
- Knowledge of databases, APIs, automation, or scripting.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and contribute to projects.
- Strong communication and customer-focused mindset.
- Relevant SAM/ITAM/ITSM certification.

- Understanding of software licensing and software lifecycle management concepts
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel and data analysis tools
- Working knowledge of databases, APIs, automation technologies, or scripting
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and contribute to successful project outcomes
- Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset
- Relevant SAM, ITAM, or ITSM certification
- Nice to have
- Experience with other ITAM solutions
- Knowledge of SQL, PowerShell, or other scripting technologies
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS
