Qualificações

• Experience in procurement, sourcing, category management, supplier management or a related commercial environment.
• Experience developing category strategies and leading sourcing and negotiation activities.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective relationships across a matrix organisation.
• The ability to analyse spend, market and supplier data and translate insights into practical business outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute category strategies for Fleet and other assigned categories.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities, supplier negotiations and contract management initiatives.
• Partner with business stakeholders to improve cost, service, risk management and sustainability outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement and create sustainable value for the business.
