Job summary

Schneider Electric seeks a Fleet Administrator in Warsaw to manage fuel cards, toll badges, and EV charging cards across countries. You’ll administer requests, validate authorizations, and coordinate with suppliers to keep services running smoothly.

You will maintain precise records, support audits, and analyze fleet KPIs while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure policy compliance and high user satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, fleet management or shared services.
• Strong data accuracy and record-keeping abilities.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end administration of fuel cards, toll badges and EV charging cards.
• Process requests, validate and authorize card issuance.
• Coordinate orders, activation, renewal and deactivation with suppliers.
• Maintain records and ensure data quality and traceability.
• Monitor card lifecycles and ensure policy compliance.
• Assist users with lost, damaged or malfunctioning cards.
• Support audits by providing required documentation and reports.
• Generate and analyze fleet service KPIs and reports.
• Serve as first contact for internal users on fleet services.
