Ostsped Logistics Ltd. is seeking a Junior Specialist in Transport Administration in Kalisz to join a dynamic TSL team. You will handle order entry, verify transport conditions, and work with the Speed OS to support daily operations.

The role requires basic education, willingness to learn, and good English and MS Office skills. You will coordinate with carriers and internal teams, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

What will your work entail?

• adding and editing orders in the system and supervision of orders
• verification of the correctness of the conditions of transport orders
• working in the operating system (Speed)
• cooperation with carriers, control and monitoring
• reporting to the superior
• cooperation with sales and customer service departments

• A minimum of secondary education
• commitment and willingness to learn

• Computer skills, including MS Office
