Job summary

Evotym is seeking a Treasury and Payments Officer to join our fintech team in Poland. You will run daily reconciliation against provider statements, prepare and process payments in fiat and crypto, and help manage liquidity.

The role focuses on data-driven, repeatable workflows; you will collaborate with the Head of Treasury, Reconciliation, and FP&A, automate reporting with Power BI, and contribute to monthly close and intercompany eliminations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in financial control, FP&A or management reporting.
• Experience with budgeting and plan-versus-actual analysis.
• Experience with group consolidation and multi-currency reporting.
• FX revaluation and open positions handling.
• Advanced Excel modelling and Power BI / Looker / Tableau familiarity.
• ERP systems experience (NetSuite, Xero, Odoo).
• A degree in finance, accounting or economics.
• Payments, PSP or e-money experience preferred.
• Languages: English B2, Russian C1.
• Experience in fintech.

Responsibilities

• Own group budgets across P&L and cash flow and maintain rolling forecasts.
• Analyse plan-versus-actual results and present variance insights.
• Lead group consolidation with intercompany eliminations.
• Deliver monthly management reporting within close timetable.
• Oversee FX revaluations and explain FX differences.
• Reconcile provider balances and funds in transit with ledger.
• Coordinate with external accountants and auditors.
• Automate reporting with Power BI and document processes.
