Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Treasury specialist to manage banking relations, payments, and currency risk. You will support month-end close, optimize treasury processes, and collaborate with other departments to improve financial procedures.

The role emphasizes accuracy, analytics, and proactive problem solving, with English and Polish language requirements and a Polish residence. A chance to develop within a growing SSC/treasury team.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in a similar position.
• Very good analytical skills.
• Strong communication and ability to build relationships.
• Accuracy, systematic approach, initiative and proactivity.
• Higher education or status as a final year student in a finance-related field.
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel, pivot tables and conditional formatting.
• Proficiency in English at least at an intermediate level.
• Fluent knowledge of Polish.
• Residence in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Contact with banks regarding ongoing cooperation.
• Handling credit cards and bank guarantees.
• Authorization of domestic and foreign payments in companies.
• Conducting activities related to month-end closing.
• Securing currency risk by executing currency exchange transactions.
• Assisting in preparing presentations for C-level regarding the Treasury department.
• Implementing new solutions and tools to optimize Treasury processes.
• Participating in the creation and optimization of accounting and financial procedures.
• Providing necessary information for rankings and reports.
• Collaboration with other departments.
