InPost Pay seeks a Head of Data Engineering & Analytics to own the data foundation powering all financial decisions. You will lead the engine room, from raw events to feature serving and governance, reporting to the Director of Data & AI.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as Data Engineer/Architect.
• 3+ years leading data engineering or analytics teams.
• Experience with fintech data, credit risk or underwriting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the Data Engineering & Analytics team, including hiring and coaching.
• Set architecture direction for data products critical to credit and decisioning.
• Own platform roadmap with Director of Data & AI and Data Product Lead.
• Establish AI-first engineering standards across the team.
