Job summary

Colibrix One is seeking a Chargeback Specialist to manage end-to-end card dispute processes in a dynamic fintech environment. You will analyze transactions, prepare representments, and collaborate with banks and merchants to resolve disputes and improve win rates.

The role involves monitoring trends, supporting risk mitigation, and ensuring compliance with Visa and Mastercard schemes in a fast-paced setting, with a focus on accuracy and timely responses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in dispute management, preferably within a PSP, EMI, or acquiring bank.
• Experience handling chargebacks across low-risk to high-risk verticals.
• Strong knowledge of Visa and Mastercard dispute rules.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Handle chargebacks in accordance with Visa and Mastercard scheme rules.
• Manage the full dispute lifecycle: first chargeback, representment, pre-arbitration, arbitration, and pre-dispute cases.
• Analyze transaction data to prepare compelling representments and supporting documentation.
• Monitor chargeback trends across a diverse merchant portfolio.
• Collaborate with Risk, Settlement, and Compliance teams.
• Meet strict scheme response deadlines and SLAs.
