Zusammenfassung

Jobgether SRL partners with a fast-growing technology team in Poland to hire a FinOps Lead. You will bridge cloud infrastructure costs, product economics and business growth, acting as a Finance Partner to Technology and Product leadership.

You will collaborate with Finance, Engineering, Product, Data and HR to make cloud spending transparent and measurable, influencing profitability, gross margins, and unit economics while evaluating new products and features.

Qualifikationen

• Hands‑on experience understanding, monitoring, and optimizing infrastructure spending across public cloud platforms or large‑scale hosted environments.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain cloud cost allocation strategies, tagging frameworks, and dashboards that provide clear visibility into spending across teams, products, and features.
• Identify optimization opportunities through resource rightsizing, cloud commitment management, waste reduction, and anomaly detection.
• Connect infrastructure spending to revenue and cost of revenue in collaboration with Data and Finance teams, providing reliable insights into gross margin, profitability, and unit economics.
• Own rolling cloud infrastructure cost forecasts, incorporating customer growth, product usage, adoption trends, and architectural changes.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams early in the development cycle to assess the financial impact of new products, features, and architectures.
• Model how infrastructure costs evolve as usage increases, evaluating different growth scenarios.
