Job summary

Pretius is seeking a FinOps Analyst to join a global-scale gaming and lotteries platform project. You will analyze cloud spend, optimize usage, and partner with Tech teams on rightsizing and cost management.

You will build Power BI dashboards, manage budgets, and support month-end processes while exploring AI-driven forecasting. The role emphasizes collaboration across Finance and Technology, strong analytical skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Experience in FinOps, cloud financial management or related roles.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP and data tooling.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis and financial modelling.
• Hands-on with Power BI, SQL and Power Query.
• Understanding of cloud cost optimization and resource utilization.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional communication skills.
• Interest in AI applications for financial analysis and forecasting.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot / Copilot Studio.
• Good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Analyze cloud usage and spend, identify optimization opportunities, and track Savings initiatives.
• Partner with technology teams on rightsizing and cost management.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, and financial planning for cloud investments.
• Support cost allocation, invoice reconciliation, and month-end processes.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and reports with clear financial insights.
• Perform historical and trend analysis, and automate reporting where possible.
• Contribute to FinOps governance and AI-driven cloud cost forecasting.
• Explore AI tools to enhance financial analysis and forecasting.
