Revolut is seeking a FinCrime Analyst to review customer issues and collaborate with internal and external partners to prevent financial crime. The role supports 24/7 coverage and may include night and weekend shifts, with full compensation.

You will work with various teams to ensure regulatory and policy compliance and deliver excellent customer outcomes. The ideal candidate has English and Lithuanian fluency, strong communication skills, and prior retail banking experience, with knowledge of

Formación

• Fluency in English at an advanced level is required.
• Fluency in Lithuanian at a native level is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a retail bank environment is required.
• Experience dealing with external law enforcement and government agencies.
• Knowledge of court orders, DPAs and POs is desirable.
• Experience preparing witness statements or related legal documents.

Responsabilidades

• Liaise with law enforcement as part of financial crime investigations.
• Respond to court orders, DPAs, and POs within deadlines.
• Coordinate with Legal team on compliance matters.
• Prepare documentation for third-party requests.
• Conduct fraud-related investigations based on reports.
• Generate reports and alerts for suspicious activity.
• Discuss financial crime concerns with colleagues at all levels.
