Job summary

PwC Polska is seeking a Consulting Manager in Financial Crime and Managed Services Technology. You will identify client needs, lead end-to-end sales, and propose tailored technology solutions across AML/CFT and related domains.

You will manage client relationships, support marketing, and drive technology project delivery with cross-functional teams, often in international settings. A strong track record in advisory services and English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong experience of at least 5 years in business and technology advisory / consulting in a market leading company.
• Minimum 3 years in client relationship building and sales or sales support of technology solutions.
• Experience designing and implementing technology solutions for large international organizations.
• Proven ability to operate in international, complex environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze complex business issues and drive solution decisions.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks for self and team.
• Knowledge of methods and tools for business analysis and process improvements.
• Knowledge of project management frameworks (agile, hybrid, waterfall).
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools in daily work.

Responsibilities

• Develop commercial proposals and lead end-to-end sales processes.
• Identify client needs and propose tailored technology solutions.
• Establish and maintain client relationships with PwC stakeholders.
• Support marketing initiatives and contribute to promotional materials.
• Contribute to technology product and market strategies.
• Deliver presentations and live demos of technology solutions.
• Manage contracts, budgets, and billing across projects.
